CREME DE MENTHE MOLD 
2 lg. pkgs. lime Jello
1 can crushed pineapple (set aside 1 tbsp. pineapple)
1 container Cool Whip
1/2 c. creme de menthe

Prepare Jello as recommended; add pineapple syrup and creme de menthe to cold water to equal amount needed. Using large mold, take 3/4 cup Jello; let gel.

Take 1 1/4 cups; add pineapple and 1/3 cup Cool Whip. Mix; place on top of first layer.

Take 1 1/4 cups of Jello with pineapple; place on second layer. Continue pattern until last layer is done. Place a dollop of Cool Whip in center; add pineapple to center of Cool Whip.
