1 pkg. graham crackers, crumbled
1/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Mix above ingredients and put in bottom of springform pan - press into place.

CHEESECAKE:

Mix the following ingredients at room temperature and in order until smooth.

8 INCH PAN:

2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs (extra lg.)
1 pt. sour cream

9 INCH PAN:

3 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
6 eggs (extra lg.)
1 1/2 pts. sour cream

Pour into pan. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Turn off oven and leave in oven for 2 more hours. DO NOT OPEN OVEN DOOR! Cool - refrigerate. Can serve plain - or with fruit topping or jam.
