CHEESE CAKE 
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 tbsp. sugar
Butter
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
5 eggs, separated
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 c. sour cream (1 pt.)
Springform pan

Mix 1 tablespoon sugar, crumbs, and butter. Line pan. Blend cheese. Add sugar; add unbeaten egg yolks. Stir enough to blend; stir in sour cream, vanilla and lemon juice. Fold in stiff egg whites. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour. Turn off oven. Let cake remain in oven 1 hour. Now open door. Leave cake in oven 1/2 hour. Remove. Refrigerate. You can use Comstock cherry, blueberry or frozen strawberries that have been glazed.
