TACO CASSEROLE 
10 Ortega taco shells coarsely broken
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 pkg. Ortega taco seasoning mix
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. dried minced onion or chopped regular onion
8 oz. can tomato sauce
2 c. (1 1/2 lb.) grated jack cheese
1 lg. tomato cut into wedges
6 stuffed green olives, sliced
Ortega mild taco sauce

Place 1/2 the taco shells in lightly greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. In 10 inch skillet, brown beef until crumbly. Drain off grease. Add taco mix and water. Simmer uncovered 10 minutes. Stir in onion and tomato sauce. Spoon over taco shells. Sprinkle with 1 1/2 cup cheese, then the rest of the taco shells and cheese. Top with tomato wedges and sliced olives. Bake in preheated oven 350 degrees. Serve with the taco sauce.
