PHALA'S FROZEN CARAMEL PUDDING | |
1 can condensed milk (boil in covered boiler for 3 hours, cool) 1 sm. can crushed pineapple & 1 c. sugar 1/2 c. cherries, cut in halves or thirds 1 c. nuts, chopped real fine 1 pkg. Knox gelatin, dissolved in 1/2 cup cold milk Cook pineapple and sugar together until real thick, then cool. Mix pineapple and sugar mixture with condensed milk. Add cherries and pecans. Fold in whipped cream. (One pint whipped cream or 1/2 pint cream and 1 can real cold Carnation milk, whipped.) Add gelatin and fold in 4 egg whites last. |
