BREAKFAST BEFORE SOUFFLE (#3) 
1 lb. spicy pork sausage
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
3 slices bread, cubed
1 c. sharp cheese, grated

Brown sausage, then drain. Beat eggs with milk, salt and dry mustard. Layer bread cubes, sausage and cheese in 9"x13" baking pan. Pour eggs over layers. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Can also be frozen.
