MINTED HOT COCOA MIX 
3 (4 1/2 inch) sticks hard peppermint candy
1 c. powdered nondairy coffee creamer
1 c. sifted powdered sugar
1/4 c. cocoa

Place candy in a heavy duty zip top plastic bag; crush candy with a mallet. Combine crushed candy and remaining ingredients. store in an air tight container. To serve, combine 1/4 cup cocoa mix and 3/4 cup boiling water; stir well. Yield 2 1/4 cups mix. To make mocha flavored hot cocoa mix add 1/2 cup instant coffee granules.
