1 lb. powdered sugar
1 lb. Hershey's or Nestle's Quick chocolate milk mix
1 lb. non-dairy cream powder
1 lb. instant nonfat milk powder
Miniature marshmallows (optional)

To reduce recipe, simply use equal amounts of ingredients. If the recipe is reduce, a sifter may be used to combine ingredients.

Combine powdered sugar, chocolate milk mix, non-dairy cream powder, instant nonfat milk powder in a large bowl or container. Mix until very well blended with a pastry blender. Add marshmallows, if desired. Store in container with a tight fitting lid in a cool dry place. Use within 6 months.

Stir 3 to 4 tablespoons mix into 1 cup hot water to make 1 serving.

A nice alternative to buying commercial packets.
