RASPBERRY POKE CAKE 
1 pkg. (2 layer size) white cake mix
1 pkg. (3 oz.) JELL-O brand Raspberry gelatin (any other flavor can be used)
1 c. boiling water
1/2 c. cold water

Prepare cake mix as directed on package, baking in well-greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan at 350°F for 30 - 35 minutes. Cool in pan 15 minutes; then poke with fork at 1/2 inch intervals. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add cold water and spoon over cake in pan. Chill 3 to 4 hours. Top with thawed Cool Whip when serving.
