EAT-YOUR-VEGETABLES FAMILY FONDUE | |
1 clove garlic, cut in half 1 lb. Velveeta cheese food 2 tbsp. white wine (optional) Cut up raw vegetables 1 loaf French bread, sliced and slices cut in quarters (Carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini, radishes, green beans, green and red peppers). Rub a saucepan with the cut garlic cloves, then melt the Velveeta with the optional wine and a little water to make it a good dipping consistency. Transfer the fondue to a low-sided bowl or pot you can keep warm at the table. Have everyone take some bread and vegetables on his plate and dip them in the fondue with a fork. |
