VENISON STEW | |
1 3/4 lbs. venison 1/3 c. flour 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/2 tsp. salt 4 to 5 med. potatoes 5 sm. onions 1 lb. pkg. carrots 2 stalks celery 1 tbsp. parsley flakes 2 cans mushroom soup 2 tbsp. fat or oil Brown venison in 2 tablespoons fat or oil. Mix all other ingredients in roaster. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. After browning venison put in the roaster and bake for 2 hours. |
