3 (12 oz.) pkgs. chocolate chips
2 c. walnuts, chopped
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 lb. butter
1 pt. marshmallow cream

Mix above ingredients in large bowl that hot syrup can be poured into.

1 (12 oz.) can Carnation evaporated milk
4 1/2 c. sugar

Boil the sugar and milk in heavy pan for 9 minutes. Stir so the mixture will not scorch. Add this syrup to other ingredients; mix well. Pour into buttered pan. Let set. Cut into squares.
