SPINACH SALAD 
1 pkg. fresh spinach
3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
8 slices crisp bacon, crumbled
8 green onions, chopped
1/2 c. melted bacon grease
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. catsup

Clean spinach. Add eggs, bacon and onions. Set aside. Mix remaining ingredients, pour over spinach. Toss well. Refrigerate 4 hours before serving.
