STUFFED MACARONI 
1/2 lb. lg. size macaroni
1 sm. garlic clove
1/2 c. onion, finely chopped
1/4 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. parsley, finely chopped
1/4 tsp. sage
1/4 tsp. thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. cooked spinach, chopped
1/4 lb. ground pork sausage
1 egg
3 cans mushroom sauce
2 cans hot sauce (milk/medium picante)
1/2 c. water
Parmesan or any grated cheese to taste

Cook macaroni in salted water for 15 minutes; drain. Combine garlic, onion, parsley, meats; saute in 1 tablespoon olive oil for 15 minutes stirring frequently. Combine crumbs, spinach, cheese and well beaten egg. Pour remaining oil in pan, 12 x 14 x 2 1/2 inch; stuff shells and place close together in pan. Combine mushroom sauce, hot sauce and water. Pour over shells and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake 30-45 minutes at 350 degrees.
