SUGAR CREAM PIE 
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. cream
2 eggs
Pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Use coffee cup to measure. Put all into bowl and beat until foamy. Pour in unbaked pie shell. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes and then 325 degrees until done. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
