COLD CHICKEN SALAD 
6-8 whole chicken breasts
3-4 green onions
3 c. celery
2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
2 sm. jars watermelon rind pickles
1 lg. can chop suey noodles
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. curry powder

Cook chicken and bone; refrigerate until ready to use. Mix remaining ingredients to diced chicken, except for noodles. Add when you serve.
