CREOLE SHRIMP FETTUCCINE 
6 to 8 oz. fettuccine noodles
1 tbsp. butter
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 c. whipping cream
1/4 c. milk
4 oz. (1 c. provel cheese ropes)
1 to 1 1/2 tsp. Cajun-Creole seasoning
1/2 lb. med. shrimp, steamed, peeled and deveined

Cook fettuccine according to package directions; drain. Meanwhile, in medium skillet, cook garlic in butter over medium heat for 1 to 2 minutes. Add cream and milk; cook, stirring constantly, until heated through, about 3 minutes. Add cheese and stir until melted. Stir in Cajun seasoning and shrimp. Serve warm over cooked fettuccine. Makes 2 servings.
