FETTUCCINE WITH SHRIMP IN GARLIC
OIL
 
6 oz. fettucini
1/4 c. (or less) olive oil
1 red pepper, cut in strips
1 yellow pepper, cut in strips
1 green pepper, cut in strips
1/4 tsp. dried red pepper flakes
4 cloves garlic
3/4 lb. lg. shrimp
1/4 tsp. salt

Cook pasta. Drain. Set aside. Using a wok, heat oil. Add peppers and flakes. Cook 2 minutes. Stir frequently. Add pasta, garlic and salt. Heat. Add shrimp and toss. Serves 2 main dishes or 4 side dishes.
