REAL GOOD CHICKEN NOODLE
CASSEROLE
 
3 1/2 lbs. chicken
8 oz. cheddar cheese
5 1/2 oz. Roneo skinny noodles
1 c. chopped celery, saute
1 c. bell pepper, saute
2 (10 oz.) cans cream of mushroom soup
1 lg. can sliced mushrooms
1 c. crushed Cheez Its
1 stick butter

Boil chicken and season to taste. Save stock. Cut chicken off bone and cut into bite-size pieces. Using stock, cook noodles until done; drain. Saute celery and bell pepper in 1 stick butter. Mix all remaining ingredients. place in 13x9 baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Serves 12.
