FRENCH TOAST WITH GRAND MARNIER 
8 slices French bread, 3/4" thick
5 eggs, beaten
3 tbsp. Grand Marnier
Rind of 1 orange, grated
3 tbsp. sugar

Arrange bread slices in rectangular pan. Mix above thoroughly and pour on bread. Turn to coat evenly. Refrigerate overnight. Saute 4 minutes in butter.
