CORN AND CRAB BISQUE 
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. curry powder
4 c. fresh or frozen corn
4 c. milk
1 c. heavy cream
Salt and pepper to taste
1 lb. crab meat

Saute the onion in butter. Add flour and curry powder and cook for 2 minutes. Chop corn in food processor; add to onion mixture and cook 5 minutes. Add milk, cream, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil. Stir in crab meat. Serve hot, topped with crumbled bacon, if desired. Serves 10.
