FRENCH FRIED CAULIFLOWER 
1 med. size head cauliflower
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper

Separate cauliflower into pieces. Cook in covered pan for about 4 minutes; drain. Cool slightly; beat egg, flour, salt, and pepper until smooth. Dip cauliflower into batter; fry in deep fat heated to 370 degrees for 4 minutes or until lightly browned. Drain on paper towels.
