FRENCH FRIED CAULIFLOWER 
1/2 c. milk
1 egg, whole, beaten
1 lb. cauliflower, frozen, partially thawed
3/4 c. flour, wheat, general purpose, sifted
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Mix milk and eggs well. Cut large cauliflower pieces in half. Dip in milk and egg mixture; drain well. Combine flour, salt, pepper, and cheese. Dredge cauliflower in flour mixture; shake off excess. Fry 3 minutes or until golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper.
