Easy to adjust to quantity. Using 6 tbsp. rather than 3/4 cup oil. Excellent wafer flat wafer but with some taste because of whole wheat.

I had my confirmation kids make these for their first communion with the congregation. Pizza cutter works great for cutting, and we place the wafers on baking parchment on cookies sheets. They had such fun!

Can these be made into honey wafers by spreading honey on one wafer and topping with another wafer? Honey wafers are just so expensive and this seems like a good recipe to make them with.
