IMPOSSIBLE CHEESEBURGER PIE | |
1 lb. ground beef 1 1/2 c. chopped onion 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 c. shredded cheese 1 1/2 c. milk 3/4 c. Bisquick 3 eggs Heat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease pie plate, 10 x 1 1/2 inch. Cook ground beef and onion until beef is brown. Drain. Stir in salt and pepper. Spread in pie plate; sprinkle with cheese. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high speed or 1 minute with hand beater. Pour into pie plate. Bake until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 30 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting. If using 9 x 1 1/4 inch pie plate, decrease milk to 1 cup, baking mix to 1/2 cup and add 2 eggs instead. |
