ZUCCHINI CASSEROLE | |
6 zucchini 1 pkg. corn bread stuffing 1 c. grated cheese 1 stick butter 1/4 c. chopped onion 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 c. sour cream Slice zucchini and par boil in salted water for 3 minutes. Drain, add the butter. Mix stuffing with cheese and onions. Add soup, sour cream and drained zucchini. Put in a casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees until heated through. (1/2 hour to 45 minutes). |
