STEWED TOMATOES 
2 qts. tomatoes, cut in chunks
4 tbsp. green peppers, chopped
4 tbsp. onions, chopped
6 tbsp. celery, chopped
2 tsp. celery salt
2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt

Measure all ingredients after chopping. Mix all ingredients in very large pan. Pack into clean quart or pint jars to 1/2" of top of jar. Put on cap. Screw band firmly tight. Process in water bath cooker for 45 minutes. NOTE: Start timing after water begins to boil.
