3 c. sugar 3/4 c. Parkay 2/3 c. evaporated milk 1 (12 oz.) peanut butter or chocolate chips 1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow creme 1 c. nuts 1 tsp. vanilla Combine sugar and milk in saucepan and bring to a rapid boil, stirring constantly. Continue boiling 5 minutes over medium heat stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add pieces, stir until melted. Add marshmallow and vanilla, stir until blended. Pour into lightly greased pan. When cooled cut into squares. Serve. |
