SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE ROSEMARY 
3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
1/2 stick butter
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/2 tsp. butter flavoring
2 eggs

Mash potatoes and mix all ingredients well.

TOPPING:

1 c. brown sugar
1 c. coconut
1/2 stick butter
1/3 c. flour
1 c. chopped pecans

Mix well and sprinkle over potato mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
