CREAM CHEESE POUND CAKE | |
1 1/2 c. butter 6 eggs 3 c. sugar 8 oz. cream cheese 3 c. flour 2 tsp. vanilla 1 tsp. lemon extract 1 pkg. dry whipped topping In a large bowl, beat all ingredients together except the whipped topping. When well combined, fold in the dry whipped topping mix. Bake in a greased and floured 10-inch tube or bundt pan at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Turn heat back to 300 degrees and bake an additional 30 minutes or until done. |
