CREAM CHEESE POUND CAKE 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 c. cake flour
1 tsp. BLAIR vanilla flavoring
1 tsp. lemon rind
1 tsp. BLAIR butter flavoring
1/4 tsp. BLAIR lemon flavoring

Cream the cheese and butter together. Add sugar and beat well. Add eggs, one at a time; add flour, vanilla, butter and lemon flavorings and grated lemon rind. Pour into a buttered and floured 8 1/2 x 4 1/4 inch loaf pan. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 50 to 60 minutes. Yield: 8 servings.
