SHEILA'S CHEESE BALL 
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 env. Good Seasons cheese salad dressing mix
1 (16 oz.) pkg. fancy shredded Cheddar cheese

Set cream cheese out to soften. Mix cream cheese and dressing mix in bowl. You may need to add a couple of teaspoons of milk if not soft. Add 8 ounces of shredded cheese. You may then place cheese on plastic wrap and use that to form a ball. Unwrap and place remaining 8 ounce cheese around the cheese ball. Refrigerate a couple of hours. Serve with crackers.
