DUTCH APPLE TART 
1 unbaked 9 inch pie crust
7-8 med. tart cooking apples
3/4 - 1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. cream (Coffee Rich or milk)
2 tbsp. butter

Pare, half, and core apples. Slice 4 to 6 halves into prepared unbaked crust. Mix sugar, flour, and cinnamon. Sprinkle 1/2 of mixture over sliced apples. Arrange remaining apples (in halves), cut side down, on top of sliced apples. Sprinkle with remaining sugar mix. Pour cream in slowly near center. Dot with butter. Bake 1 hour at 400 degrees. Remove from oven. With fork, press down halves lightly into pieces.
