TUNA-RICE SALAD 
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
1 1/2 c. flaked tuna
1 c. peas
1 c. shredded carrots (raw)
1/2 c. French dressing
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. curry powder (if desired)

Combine rice, tuna, peas and carrots. Add French dressing, salt and curry powder. Toss lightly with fork. Chill. Serve on crisp salad greens. Yield: 8 servings.
