1/4 c. Sanka Brand instant 97% caffeine free coffee
3 tbsp. honey
1 glass hot brewed Sanka Brand 97% caffeine free coffee
1/4 tsp. cinnamon or cardamom

Dissolve instant coffee into the hot brewed coffee. Add honey and cinnamon. Cover and let stand 10 minutes. Serve at once in demitasse cups. Add whipped topping if desired. Makes 1 quart or about 10 servings.
