SPINACH CASSEROLE 
2 pkg. frozen spinach (or 4 to 6 fresh squash)
1 med. onion
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
Pepperidge Farm herb dressing

Cook spinach at low heat until barely done. Saute onion in 1/4 of butter, put all in spinach and stir. Add 2 cups dressing. Put in casserole, add dressing on top. Bake in casserole that has been coated in 1/2 stick of melted butter, 30 to 35 minutes at 350 degrees
