EGGS, POTATOES, AND CHEESE 
3 lg. potatoes
8 eggs
1/2 c. cheese
Cooking oil

Coat bottom of skillet with oil. Fry potatoes until brown. While browning potatoes, cut cheese into small cubes and beat eggs. When potatoes are brown pour in beaten eggs and dump cheese in also, cook, stirring occasionally until eggs are a little stiff.
