STRAWBERRY MOUSSE 
2 lg. egg whites
1/2 c. sugar
10 oz. strawberries, sliced
1 c. whole berries (fresh or thawed frozen)
Large mixing bowl
Mixer and spatula
Mint leaves, optional

In a large mixing bowl, whip egg whites with sugar until peaks form. Add sliced strawberries and mix, scraping down bowl often for 15 minutes. Pour into large bowl and freeze for at least 4 hours. Serve in pretty bowls or glasses; garnish with mint leaves and fresh berries, if desired.
