Pork roast
5-6 potatoes, peeled and halved
1/2 stick melted butter
Pinch of salt
Pinch of pepper
Pinch of garlic powder

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place potatoes in boiling water for 10 minutes. Remove and roll in melted butter. Put salt, pepper and garlic powder on roast. Put roast and potatoes in baking pan and into oven. Bake 2 1/2 hours, turning potatoes every 10 minutes.
