Hot dog buns
butter
Cinnamon/sugar mixture

Split hot dog buns lengthwise to make 4 "sticks" per bun (each half cut lengthwise). Butter each "stick" on all sides with soft butter and roll in a cinnamon/sugar mixture. Place bun sticks on a cookie sheet and bake at 250 to 300 degrees until dried and crisp. These make tasty munchies with a cup of coffee.
