BOLLER (DANISH) DUMPLINGS 
4 tbsp. butter
2/3 c. flour
1/2 c. boiling water
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt

Bring butter and water to a boil. Add flour, stirring constantly. Cook until mixture leaves the side of the pan. When cool, add salt and eggs one at a time, beating well. Drop by teaspoons into broth. Do not use cover. Cook 4 to 5 minutes. Makes about 22 dumplings.
