BOBLANENA (FRUIT COBBLER) 
1 qt. fruit (cherries, blackberries, peaches)
1 1/2 to 2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
2 c. boiling water

Stir sugar into fruit and set aside. Cream butter and sugar. Add dry ingredients. Stir in milk. Pour batter into greased 9 x 13 inch dish. Spoon fruit and juice over top of batter. Pour boiling water over fruit. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Serve warm.
