TACO SOUP 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
1 (16 oz.) can red kidney beans, drained
1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn (drain part of liquid) or 1 pkg. frozen corn can be used
1 (18 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 pkg. taco seasoning
4 to 5 dashes of Tabasco

Brown ground beef and onion, drain. Add remaining ingredients and simmer, about 20 minutes. Put in soup bowls. Top with: sour cream, cheddar cheese, crushed fritos, sliced green onions, guacamole (optional).
