TACO SOUP | |
1 lb. ground beef 1/4 c. chopped onion 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes with liquid 1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans with liquid 1 (17 oz.) can corn with liquid 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce 1 pkg. taco seasoning 1 tsp. cumin & 1/2 tsp. salt (add if want more spicy) Brown beef and drain. Add onion and cook until tender. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer, covered for 15 to 30 minutes. Stir occasionally. If desired, may top bowls of soup with grated cheese, avocado, sour cream and corn chips for garnish. Serves 6 to 8. |
