CREAMED CABBAGE | |
1 sm. head cabbage 4 tbsp. butter, melted 4 tbsp. self-rising flour 2 c. milk Salt & pepper to taste Cut cabbage into quarters; boil 10 minutes. Melt butter in small pan, stir in flour, then stir in milk. Cook on medium heat until thickened. Heat at 350 degrees in 2 quart baking dish. Layer cabbage then sauce on top evenly. Repeat. Cover dish. Bake 30 to 35 minutes. |
