COCONUT JAMWICHES 
3 slices pound cake (1/2 inch thick or less)
2 kinds of jam or preserves
1 1/2 oz. cream cheese at room temperature
1 tbsp shredded coconut

Put one slice of pound cake on a plate. Spread with first kind of jam, jelly or preserves. Put another slice of pound cake on top and spread with different kind of jam, jelly or preserves. Put third slice of pound cake over second piece. Spread cream cheese on top. Sprinkle coconut over the cream cheese and press it down gently so it sticks to cheese. Cut the stack in half and then again in half.
