SWEDISH PANCAKES | |
4 eggs 1 c. flour 1 c. milk 3 tbsp. sugar 1 tbsp. melted butter Pinch of salt Beat all ingredients with an egg beater until smooth. Lightly grease an 8 inch frying pan. Drop about 3 or 4 tablespoons of mix into pan and swirl around until the pan is covered. Fry over medium heat a minute or two or until it looks done enough to turn then fry another minute or two. These are thin so when removing them from pan fold in half and again into a fourth. Spread out on a serving dish and fill with butter, syrup, jam or whatever desired. Roll up and enjoy. |
