SWEDISH PANCAKES 
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. sugar
Pinch of salt

Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Heat small skillet until it is very hot. (Teflon coated pan works best.) Spray it with Pam. Spoon or pour a very small amount (2 tablespoons) of batter into the pan and coat the pan with batter by rotating the pan quickly. Heat until edges turn golden and turn for cooking on the other side, 30 seconds. Serve with syrup, makes about 10 small pancakes.
