LEMON SNOWBALL PUNCH | |
1 bottle (7 1/2 oz.) lemon juice from concentrate, thawed 1 can (12 oz.) frozen concentrated grapefruit juice, thawed and undiluted 1 qt. (4 cups) ice cold water 1/2 c. strongly brewed tea 1 c. sugar 1 qt. (4 cups) ginger ale 1 pt. (2 c.) lemon sherbet Combine first 5 ingredients; stir well. Pour over ice in punch bowl. Add ginger ale. Form or scoop sherbet into balls, float on punch. Makes about 30 (1/2 cup) servings. |
