OVEN BEEF STEW 
1 1/2 lbs. beef, cut in sm. cubes
1 can tomato sauce
1 onion, chopped
1 c. diced carrots
1 c. celery, cut in lg. pieces
1 c. diced potatoes (optional)
1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. instant tapioca

Place all ingredients in a casserole dish and mix well. Cover tightly and bake at 250 degrees for 5 to 6 hours or until meat is tender.
